Not only historic but also charming with its cuisine and people. In the capital Amman every little alley holds its stories, and the energy is contagious. Leaving the big city there is so much to explore. The Wadis, the secret city of Petra and of course the beautiful desert of Wadi Rum. And most important for me, people who are not shy to stop for a chat and who mastered the lifestyle of hospitality.
